Tool for analysing the Cerise network SPI (Social Performance Indicators) questionnaire This tool is helpful in analysing the results of the Cerise questionnaire on social performance indicators. It lists all the items, and can be used to obtain easily : averages, variances, comments… This file was designed in 2007 by the Edm-Chamroeun programme in Cambodia.

This experience note presents how Social Performance Indicators (SPI) surveys were conducted within AsIEnA, a Burkina Faso MFI supported by EdM since 2008. THe SPI Tool aims at assessing the effectiveness of the social mission of MFIs. This experience note describes the fist SPI audit carried out with AsIEna and proposes ways to replicate it in the future as well as with other partners of EdM. (online 28.09.09)
