1 - Referral for business matters (Networking): Set up net-working database with the categorized information about the producers, whole buyers & sellers of inputs and products in order to help networking to trade merchandise conveniently.

2 - Referral for social matters: Refer partners to agencies intervening on social matters such as health, medical, education/training, law, human right, gender/women issues and other social related services when they have specific problems which cannot be solved directly by the non financial services
officers.
