Chi-Em is a micro finance program of Entrepreneurs du Monde (“entrepreneurs of the world”) – a non-profit organization founded in 1998, based in France. EDM operates in developing countries to enable the poorest families to create a small economic venture by giving them access to credit, savings, and training.

EDM operates microfinance activities in 8 countries (Philippines, India, Ghana, Haiti, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos). EDM supports more than 40 branch offices enabling 21,000 families to have access to loans, the opening of a savings account, and training.

Since September 2011, our name Chi-Em Program was changed into Anh-Chi-Em Program, in short “ACE Program” (“Anh-Chi-Em” in Vietnamese means “Brothers & Sisters”).
