Anh Chi Em thinks that to increase income and improve living standards of poor families living in rural areas in Vietnam, access to financial services (loans and savings) is not enough. Thus, non financial services are proposed to target populations to allow an achievement of the program’s objectives.

Non financial services proposed by Anh Chi Em Program are the following:

Trainings:

1 – Technical trainings (husbandry and agriculture)

2 – Business trainings and social trainings

Follow-up:

1 – Loan utilization monitoring

2 – Animal diseases, epizooties and vegetal pathologies monitoring

Referral services

1 – Referral for business matters

2 – Referral for social matters

Sub projects:

1 – Agricultural projects

2 – Environment and social projects

The beneficiaries of Non Financial Services are all Chi Em partners and their relatives from rural depressed area nearby from branches.
