Entrepreneurs du Monde is committed to upholding high standards in terms of the environment, inclusion, gender, and governance in order to maximize the impact of its actions in all the countries where we operate.
An NGO guided by clear values and principles
Our actions are based on strong values: boldness, efficiency, fairness, respect, and transparency. These principles guide every decision, every partnership, and every project we undertake. We ensure that our teams, both at our headquarters in Lyon and in the field, apply these standards in all incubated social enterprises, guaranteeing the consistency of our approach at all levels.
Our priorities and standards
We have defined clear policies in three key areas:
- Environment and climate: All our activities take into account their environmental impact. We encourage sustainable practices in our programs, such as access to clean energy and sustainable agro-entrepreneurship.
- Gender and inclusion: we promote gender equality and women’s empowerment through our programs, ensuring that every beneficiary, whether male or female, has the same opportunities.
- Ethics and compliance: fighting corruption, respecting beneficiaries, and ensuring integrity in all our interventions.
Alert and reporting procedure
Any individual who observes a breach of the charter or the Republican Commitment Contract (CER) may report it to Entrepreneurs du Monde by email at alerte@entrepreneursdumonde.org, anonymously if desired.
